Refunds and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on the quality of each and every product we create, but we are only human! If you have received a damaged product, we will fully refund it or exchange for another one. Our policy is a 7 day return for refund or exchange from the date of arrival.

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift Cards and Seconds items are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you have received a faulty product please contact us, along with images showing the fault. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.


Refunds will be sent to the gift giver and exchanges can be sent to either the gift giver or gift receiver.
